This dashboard shows the aggregate historical performance of Singapore's metro, according to the data. Unfortunately, the number of service disruptions is understated because only the authorities possess complete information. Chart data excludes suicide attempts, maintenance/upgrading works and events that are beyond the control of the service operators e.g. power trip caused by lightning.
The morning peak hours (5 - 9AM) and the going-home crowd at 6PM experienced a higher frequency of longer delays.
To avoid skewing the axis, chart data excludes an outlier event: a service outage on the Bukit Panjang LRT that lasted for 6 days in October 2002.
